1. The current release is free
CashKitab is provided by ByteFlares. The current release is 100% free, including all premium features. There is no subscription, paid upgrade or payment-card requirement to unlock those features.
CashKitab does not currently take payment for this free feature set. As there is no CashKitab purchase price, there is ordinarily no product payment to refund. This is not a paid trial that automatically becomes a subscription.
2. If you see an unexpected charge
Contact cashkitab@gmail.com, call +92 310 7337066, or use our contact form. Include the date, amount, displayed merchant name and a redacted receipt or transaction reference if available.
Do not send a full payment-card number, bank password, verification code or other secret. We will investigate whether the charge relates to CashKitab and explain the next step. If the charge is unfamiliar, also contact the payment provider through its official support channel.
3. Charges from external services
Your mobile operator, internet provider or another service may charge separately for its own services. Those are not CashKitab subscription fees and are handled by the provider that made the charge.
If a receipt identifies an app store or another merchant, its purchase and refund processes may apply. We will help identify the relevant route, but cannot promise a refund on behalf of an independent provider.
4. If paid offers are introduced later
A future paid plan, feature or service would need to show its price, billing terms, cancellation process and applicable refund information before you agree to purchase. We would update this policy for that offer. Using the current free release does not authorize us to charge you automatically.
5. Your rights and how to reach us
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. It should be read alongside the terms of service and privacy policy.
